UV Guard SLT series features high performance low-cost residential UV water disinfection solution. With 7 models and options to suit a range of indoor and weatherproof installations, the SLT-Series is ideal for under sink, whole of house, swimming pool and POND clarifications.

It is vital that the correct model is specified for the intended application. Each UV Guard system is specified based on it is achieving a minimum UV dose, taking into consideration estimated or measured UV Transmittance (UVT cm-1). UVT changes depending on the water or liquid being treated. UV Guard have UV dose recommendations for each application, and estimated UVT values for a range of water or liquid sources. This ensures that the system chosen best suits the water treatment requirements. The following capacity table has been compiled based on a range of estimated UVT values and recommended UV dose rates for a number of applications. UVT values are indicative only and may deviate from the values for each unique application.

SLT 12 - Under sink UV system (12 lpm) with 304 grade stainless steel reactor, 1/4” male BSP inlet and outlet connections in a “U” formation, fittings, 14W UV lamp, quartz, O-ring and mounting brackets.

SLT 30 - UV system (small house, 34 lpm) with 316 grade stainless steel reactor, 3/4” male BSP inlet and outlet connections in a “U” formation, 30W UV lamp, quartz, O-ring and heavy-duty poly mounting brackets.

SLT 40 - UV system (medium house, 46 lpm) with 316 grade stainless steel reactor, 1” male BSP inlet and outlet connections in a “U” formation, 40W UV lamp, quartz, O-ring and heavy-duty poly mounting brackets.
