DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Custom shipping method within 4-10 working days; however, if goods are unavailable, delivery may take a little longer. We make all efforts possible to deliver goods within the estimated time frame, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances, holiday delivery schedules, inclement weather and busy periods. Ponds R us and our shipping partners shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the goods within the estimated timeframe. Risk of loss and damages passes to you once the goods are delivered to you or are left with a person or place nominated by you.
All orders will automatically be sent with an 'Authority to Leave' status unless otherwise instructed.
Ponds R us uses multiple shipping partners to determine the most efficient shipping and handling service and competitive costs. When you check out, you will be presented with the shipping and handling charges for your order. In the rare case that shipping and handling charges exceed the amount shown, we will notify you. There are some bulky or large items that do not have a shipping charge associated to them; in that case we will notify you if you have ordered them.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no visible damage. If you receive a defective item, please contact us for assistance.
If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call or email us immediately using the contact information included with the order packing list or on our website.
Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting us, you jeopardise our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
