Oase Hel-X filter media is more efficient at colonising and growing beneficial bacteria when compared to bio balls or bio sponge (KOI matting). Hel-x ensures optimum media circulation. The Hel-x biomedium are highly effective and exceptionally efficient at degrading pollutants in the moving bed process.
